Points are calculated based on sport type, duration, and distance. A 30-minute run earns more than a 30-minute walk. Longer and more intense activities earn more points. Distance adds a bonus on top.
Yes! The leaderboard resets every Monday morning. Everyone starts at zero, giving every squad member a fair shot at the top spot each week.
Go to the Friends page in the app and tap 'Invite Friend'. You'll get a shareable link. When your friend accepts, they'll appear on your leaderboard and in your feed.
